We were interviewed right infront of the store. It was about 3 of us in line, we could hear the questions.
It was a two managers that interviewed the group. The female manager and the male one.
I could tell that they based their judgements on how you dressed. You have to appeal to the Zara aesthetic (basically just clean up nice.)
Group interview, lots of different teamwork questions and felt like a conversation rather than interview, we had multiple tasks to do in pairs and groups. We had different questions about getting to know each other and tested out teamwork skills with each other

Friendly approach , Easygoing interview. They make you feel comfortable through the whole interview process. They explained clearly the job role and the daily duties. They made an offer during the second interview phase.

Very easy. They asked me how I would have handled certain situations related to customers mostly. That is what they focused on, they did not care about my previous experience whatsoever.
