I recently had a software interview that was both relaxed and enjoyable. The interviewer created a comfortable atmosphere, which made it easy to communicate and share my ideas. Overall, it was a positive experience that left me feeling confident.

What is caching, and how does it improve application performance?
Not so much in detail. Given the project that you need to complete in a few days. Which might be too much for first step interview. I would except this later on.
