Interviewers conduct a preliminary phone interview to understand whether a candidate possesses the required skills for the job.
There may be different kinds of skill tests to evaluate your personality or your suitability for a role.
HR executive may conduct a background check to verify the information you have shared with them.
If you successfully progress through the interviewing process, the last phase is when the employer makes you a job offer.
It was a one on one online interview. Asked about basic things like Introduction,skills, and about the company and role, the main thing they are looking for is proper English communication.
It was smooth, focused on your fit towards their goals. the Hr was communicative through the way, and they asked few technical questions with 3 rounds of interview. Each round had a chill environment but it was very much boomer oriented than new generation friendly.
It was a smooth process. There were 3 stages together. First stage death with a written assignment. Next was with a manager. And the final stage was with a leadership.
