After I hand in my resume at career fair booth of MIT, they let me choose time to interview at MIT the following day. First 10 minutes talk about resume. He ask about project I like most and then begin puzzle question. The coding part takes no more than 20 minutes.
Fantastic, well thought out questions, with great engagement, I felt welcomed during my interview, a bit nervous at first but the main people were very reassuring and thorough with all questions and answers
Phone call from HR. Outsourced first round technical interview. Some concept questions Three leetcode questions, from easy to medium to possibly hard Overall pretty hard. Did not pass the first round of interview
process was good from start to finish-the team communicated well about the process and what to expect. overall-good and a solid learning experience. not sure what else to write. 30 word minimum.
