The recruiter was nice, but incompetent. She didn't answer questions, sent me a draft two-day interview schedule asking if I could meet at 6am when the final schedule had already been sent to me by a different recruiter, and her interview prep was all wrong-it was not how the interviews went and not what the interviewers wanted to discuss. The hiring manager didn't even know the recruiter was prepping candidates!
The hiring manager told me that with my skill set they were creating a job for me if I didn't want the manager role I applied to and interviewed for. I spent two days interviewing with them just to be told I was too optimistic and that they hired internally. The people I interviewed with didn't have a background in the area, and I was constantly misled with this job created just for me...which never materialized. The final interviewer ended with,"I am looking forward to working with you".
I was also told that during the major storms that took out power and water, they were still expected to work and meet goals - that isn't exactly the great company culture that is touted!
