There are four interviews. The first one by phone with a recruiter where they general questions about yourself, the second by skype with the general team manager where they explain about the role and the company and a third one presencial with the local manager and senior team member where they check your technical skills first with a test and then with questions (about the test) during the interview . I have been selected for the fourth interview but I have to decline as I got an offer in other company. In all the interviews they were kind and made a comfortable environment that helps to keep calm and be yourself. It is a pity that the process has been too long for me.
