Went through two interviews and had a positive experience with both. The first was a phone call and the second was in person. I think it was pretty standard for this type of position.

Anywhere from three to five “cultural” interviews asking questions that are outside the box. They look at appearance. They pay attention to how well spoken you are and how well you represent your self.

What would you say is something “weird” about yourself?
They got back to me within a week of submitting my application and the interview was scheduled within a few days of sending in writing samples. The interview was bland. Basically, two girls reading questions from a piece of paper. No creative aspect considering it was for a creative position. When I asked about company culture they looked at each other and said "people like us" and laughed. They had a condescending tone and I immediately knew that was NOT a place I'd ever want to work. I do not recommend IncStores if you care anything about a positive work environment.
