Received an request to set up a phone interview. After confirming a time that worked, I was told an HR representative would call me. The representative never called. I sent a follow up email to reschedule the meeting. The following Monday after the missed call I received an automated "we are moving on with someone else" email with no acknowledgement or explanation of the missed meeting time. Company is either very unorganized or disrespectful of interviewees time.

I had a great experience with the interview process at ImplantBase. It is a thorough three-step process that wraps up with a hiring council consisting of team members from every department. I felt this was a great way to have a variety of questions that gave me insight into different perspectives within the company, while also allowing me to demonstrate my skills across these various areas. The entire process of interviews were well organized, thoughtful, and executed efficiently. While at the same time giving me a clear understanding of the role and expectations, which I really appreciated. There was a quick turnaround from my final interview to receiving the offer. Overall, the process was efficient and left me feeling excited about the opportunity with each step.
