The video interview contained about 5 to 6 questions which could be recorded once. It was simple and straightforward. The questions were strength based except a question which asked to describe their NGS technology.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Illumina in Jan 2022
Interview
Three rounds of application process, the final one was video call with panelists - the other two were online assessment & self-recorded video.
Panellists were nice enough but the level of the questions seemed rather difficult for the calibre of the position, as a student. One panelists remarked that he wouldn't have passed the interview if the others had been on it, which was slightly worrying.
