The interview process consisted of two separate rounds. The first round was conducted by the administrative team and focused primarily on general background, communication skills, and cultural fit. The final round was held with the IT team, where they asked in-depth questions about my previous work experience, hands-on technical skills, and familiarity with relevant tools and software used in the role.
