In the very first telephonic call from HR they took my concern whether I'm willing to onboard to singapore if the profile gets shortlisted. Later my profile got shortlisted and I appeared for the interview with client. After a week i got confirmation of my selection.

Interview with the client is good but not with ITCAN personal. There is few point which is totally no acceptable 1. After interview with the client, update me that I selected and will be giving the offer. 2. But no any offer amount is being update to me which state they are given the offer. 3. Without the offer amount, request me to send my personal details to them, reason is to do some checking to decide the offer amount which this is ridiculous. 4. Thru the phone call with the recruiter which handle on my offer state the personal details such as NRIC, passport details and etc is needed for the offer. Which this is second ridiculous part I ever encounter when looking for job. 5. When talking to this recruiter, can even stop this recruiter to talk for me to raise out my concern. Yes, I looking for job but not like I looking a job to become a slave. Advise to who want to find job thru ITCAN, becareful and stay alert when they ask for any personal information.
