I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ITC Infotech
Interview
Based upon the subject interests a series of questions were fired. Mostly related to logical reasoning and programming ability with algorithmic knowledge. Questions arose on Projects, personal interests, internships (as usual interviews) but logical reasoning questions were bit tricky. The presence of mind is also equally important.
Followed by HR interview which I personally found bit tough than technical grilled about the family background and the reason to join the company and personal benefits candidate feels after joining the organization.

There are a total of 3 rounds in the selection process. The first round is an online assessment, followed by TR and HR rounds. The interview and assessment are not too hard knowing the fundamentals of java and sql are enough to clear the rounds.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions are mostly asked on the java fundamentals and OOPS concepts.
The interview process was smooth and relatively easy. Most of the questions were based on my project experience and the skills mentioned in the job description. The interviewer focused on understanding my practical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and basic concepts related to the role.
The ITC Infotech interview process was highly challenging, focusing on strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and real-time scenarios. Questions were in-depth, requiring clarity, confidence, and practical knowledge under pressure. It didnt really feel relevant or necessary for the package and the role.
