Interview
The HR representative asked only personal and culture-fit questions during the first interview. There were no technical questions.
Overall a decent interview, though I would like to point out that you would need to be highly enthusiastic about being a consultant.
You need to clearly express your aspiration to be a constant, otherwise they will not hire you.

Interview
i had a phone call following a take home test and then a technical in person interview. The Technical interview were both a mix of culture and technical assement. The take home assignment were a algorithms test made in codepen with no timer
Prior to interview I had to do a code test. The person in charge told me it would take 4 hours. After spending 6 hours on a test that would have taken 24 working hours to complete if my absolute best was expected my application was rejected due to solution and question answers being "inferior".
When I asked for an example of how the test would look when completed to a satisfactory level I was told that I was asking for too much.
I find it bad treating potential co-workers like this. I hope that my case stands alone.

In the code test I was asked to describe 8 design patterns with coding examples - alongside complex coding tasks. All within a 4 hour time frame.
