Interview
The interview process was straightforward but somewhat disappointing for a senior-level position. HR was friendly and well-organized but would not disclose the salary range or discuss my expectations, despite mentioning that beforehand. The technical interview felt poorly structured — only two basic questions were asked, one about code quality and another very junior-level JavaScript problem that didn’t reflect senior responsibilities. Overall, the process lacked depth and didn’t effectively evaluate technical or architectural skills expected at a senior level.

Interview
Phone interview with and HR representative based in Cyprus and face to face interview in London office. Everything went through fine and when I asked about the salary offer at the end of the interview. The interviewers did not have the information as they weren't told by the HR in headquarter. Never heard from them again.

It was slow and feedback was delayed and minimal. It felt clunky and my time was undervalued as a candidate. I repeated a lot across the different stages so it felt like communication was an issue
