They call you the day before and request that you come in - business casual attire. You take a tour of the call center and see the Network Operations Center, then you sit down and they test your customer service skills. Most of the interview is to feel out how much you know about technology and how you will respond on inbound calls from the general public. It is a mostly residential support group where you talk to the public and walk them through standard troubleshooting. They will also ask you about configuring POP3/IMAP email clients and network + computer + router troubleshooting.
