Good to see the interview was rated as easy. The point of the interview is not to trick the candidate but to see if the applicant is a good fit for IntegRhythm and IntegRhythm is a good fit for the applicant.
- In today's world, technical answers are easy to find, applying the right problem solving techniques and even knowing what to look for is more important.
- HR is not a formality for us. We've had a few of applicants with strong technical skills but would not be a good mutual fit so are not at IntegRhythm. Over time, we have learnt some personalities and behavior traits are more successful at IntegRhythm and some personalities are not as successful. The goal of HR interviews is to set up both IntegRhythm and the candidate for success.
