It was a three-week process that started with a conversation with the Talent Recruiter, then to creative team, next a Senior Exec, and finally an assignment to assess. The entire process was incredibly frustrating because their was a huge lack in communication from the start. And as we all know, your first impression will be your last. I submitted the final assignment and was told I would receive a response in 3-4 days and I did not hear from them ever again. The VERY LEAST that a company can do is reply to candidates. VERY LEAST. If the candidate is not a good fit, a courtesy email should be sent.
