The first step was a short screening call with an IKEA recruiter, discussing a bit of my skills and some behavioral questions.
After this call, the recruiter reached out and told me she would push my resume/application through to the hiring manager and schedule an interview. Super simple and clear communication, quick as well. Scheduled the interview, and went in person to the IKEA location.
The first in person interview was relaxed, she did ask a lot of behavioral questions that IKEA makes them ask potential candidates, and then some other questions as well about my experience. Lots of behavioral questions, ex: "Tell me about a time ....".
After the first in person interview, waited for feedback and was called in for a final interview with the Hiring Manager's manager about a week later.
Did the final interview, very relaxed and was a conversation about my last role, my skills and experiences. Super simple and relaxed process, it did take some time but I am overall satisfied. After about a week, I reached out to my recruiter and she set up a short call and offered me the job! I did accept and I will say this is the best interview process I have ever had. Super clear and concise communication.
