Received a phone call from Ikea and at that time I was given a phone interview. The interview over the phone seemed to go very well and then I ended up having a 1 on 1 interview at the store. The interview went very well! My only issue is it has been 3.5 weeks with not a peep about the position. No phone call, email, letter in the mail, etc. With Ikea being a large and popular company, I think they can give a quicker time response to advise those if they received the job or not.
