Virtual interview - I used their website to record myself answering 3 questions they asked. The questions were relatively simple and I got the chance to practice filming, but not the questions themselves. I could not go back to film them again once I had answered.

very relaxed and calm with interviewer making me feel right at home. Simple questions asked with no prior customer service experience required for the position. Given all the information I needed including a potential start date and contract length.

Did a virtual interview first and then second one in person. All interview questions were based on Ikea values. Togetherness, caring for the people and planet, cost consciousness etc. Sometimes get asked behavioural questions but overall kinda chill.
