Phone interview with HR week one, then phone interview with Hiring Mgr. week two, then onsite interview with both HR and Hiring Manager week three. Now it's a wait and see game of what the next steps will be. The benefits and the atmosphere seem to be very grand and interesting.

Self intro Dig out past experience about being merchandiser
Recommended by head hunter. First round by HR, routine HR questions which are not specific on daily work details. 2nd round by direct manager asking industry practices. 3rd round category manager. Need to prepare slides.
Overall the process was very professional. Actual interview did not include your standard questions but aimed at really hearing examples, initiatives, etc. Complete process was a bit slow but professional
