I had a call back about this second position when it opened up from IKEA recruiter out of Pennsylvania. She was extremely nice and encouraging the 3 times we talked. She set up an appointment for me to meet Amy, head of the organization and lighting department. Amy was cheerful and we found common ground right away. Passion for her work is very apparent.
