IKEA Foundation interview questions

Interview lasted for 1 hour. Questions were asked about my experience, my risk appetite and overall values. Interviewer tried to understand my work experience with several questions. He didn't ask much technical questions. He also briefly explained my role. 90% questions were about my technical knowledge.

Fueron dos entrevistas, una individual y una en grupo. Ambas fueron agradables y la de grupo tenía una prueba que teníamos que resolver entre todos. Fue una buena experiencia, personal atento.
