IDE technologies Engineer interview questions

IDE Technology is one of the bigger players in the water desalination industry and I was really looking forward to work with them. They have amazing projects around the world and are quite innovative too. There were 2-3 rounds of interviews in local office and global head office, which I think were out of sync from each other. Technically it wasn't too bad, but the HR policies like salary negotiation, and non-proactive attitude like late replies, not answering calls (ghosting) were certainly not expected from such an industry leader.
