Many recruiters will call for same opportunity and they will have all the time on urgent basis. They will negotiate on rate asked, but don't be fooled, whatever they negotiate they will re-negotiate after your interview. You will get 5-6 calls every day and until you clearly ask them no to call you ever. They have been approaching me for the same opportunity for 3 months, and after I refused to go below my asked hourly rate, they stopped calling for a while and then call u back and agreed on my lowest asked rate. They scheduled an interview, although they never shared the point of contact at interview location, you would have to wait their for 30 mins because nobody would be there to receive you and IDC will take 15-20 mins to reply back to your call or mail. Prior to that they will never share any information, no matter how much ask them. My interview was with hiring client , and it was totally technical but not very difficult or tricky. Poor client does not how IDC is spoiling their Market value & Name and cheating them.
