Too many stages, phone calls, videos, interviews, at least 3 stages trough out the whole process, all tough every process is different. So you just have to be patient and wait for a response, I reached out a couple times

Interview
They will ask for your proficiency in managing Microsoft Office files and fluent english , plus GCP knowledge and well versed in health sciences but not further experience required. Also high organizational skills are needed as well as good communicational skills .
