    Solutions Architect Interview

    Interview

On site interview with the manager.
Even though it was an interview for a technical role, there was absolutely no technical question asked. This confirming the fact that the manager in place has no technical knowledge and he only hires based on the mood of the day.
He was very unpolite, not letting me talk and tapping his fingers on the table as he was in a rush to finish.
Very unprofessional, making me wonder first if he is suitable for the position he holds. Proving that, due to his lack of technical knowledge, the only way to show his power over his people is by showing his bad temper.
