Telephonic: Contacted by recruiter over email, then had several phone conversations to grade my experience. Submitted documents electronically. Underwent background as well as drug test. Process was thorough, but swift and timely. Staff were very supportive concerning interview prep. Introductions to team members were made ahead of time. Start date was clearly specified, without an unnecessary wait for a decision. A panel of 2 individuals eventually conducted the interview.
