First round was HR, second round was with ICON line manager (formerly PRA Health Sciences) then lastly was with line manager of client (since this is an insourced position). The whole interview process until offer provided was around one month.

It was a 2 weeks long selection process. I applied on LinkedIn on a Monday and got a reply on Thursday. Invited for a virtual interview. Got back to me within a week with an offer.

Interview
3 interviews; 1st one is screening, 2nd with the line manager and 3rd with HR. It was a long, tedious process. Was asked normal interview questions, mostly behavioural questions. Like “how do you handle pressure at work?”
