the interview process was pretty easy, general questions were asked. Previous experience was asked. a very straightforward interview. However, I heard that the interview process got a bit more complex i joined and more analytical questions were asked since the role requires huge data handling and analysis.

1 call with recruiter, I received some advises on the way to conduce the interview 1 call with hiring manager, 1 call with the proposal. The background check took a long time.

Interview
Had a phone interview, then was invited to the main campus for a 1 on 1 interview with the department manager. Both were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I didn't get the feeling that they were trying to pressure me to make mistakes.
