CV and cover letter submitted by email. Was invited for an interview 2 weeks later. Interview took place one week later. Received update on application within 5 working days. Constructive feedback was not provided.

Provided a topic and asked for a research approach summary with no prior preparation or information.
5/6 questions, they really pay attention to what you say - happened to me that they asked to expand on something I said that really didny have much to expand on... anyway, the two women interviewing are nice but picky, you can tell they are professionals.
