Recruitment process greatly handled by HR, but a huge disappointment once handed over to the team.
The hiring manager did not show up at all at the interview nor communicated to me, delegating the interview entirely to two team members who vented of being stressed about it from the very first minute, and claiming to be in a rush for their next meeting for the whole hour we spent together - immediate red flags and bad impression. This is just the worst way to welcome someone to your environment.
The position was advertised as a senior non-technical leadership role but it then revealed to be intended for a deep technical job with entry-level job questions.
The job was listed in English and the whole process ran in that language, although the hiring team confessed that Swedish is strictly necessary for the job.
Overall a huge waste of time for everyone
