It was really easy to apply, They ask basic questions that are easy to answer. After the pre-screening process, the manager assigned will be the next interviewer which define if you will get hired.

2 Interviews: 1 - Initial: with HR (to verify entries written in the resume) 1 - Final: with General Manager/Hiring Manager and/or with a panel (to find out compatibility of skills and competencies between the candidate and the desired position to be filled)
