They want the best people of the industry to work with them, but they do not want to compensate properly. Once they know that you have any family related issues, they will try to get you on board with the least possible compensation package, claiming that it is the industry standard and Kolkata is not that expensive as a city.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hyatt (Gur Gram)
Interview
I called for interview through the link of a person known by my friend. So , first day there is interview sehdule to deputy manager, he said , you are selected from my side and ready for interview with director of engineering. But finally interview call did not came.
