There were 2 rounds of interview. The first round of interview was with the HR and the Sales Manager. The interview went on for over 45 mins and many technical questions were asked regarding my experience related to the position I was interviewing for. The second round of interview incuded the HR manager, Sales manager and the Director of sales and marketing. The second round was shorter and it was just a bit more in-depth in relation to the first round.

      26 Feb 2026
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hyatt (London, England) in May 2025

      Interview

I had 2 interviews, the first one was a teams meeting and the second one was in person. I felt as the first one was more of a feel to see how you come across and the in person was to see how well you could fit in the team. The 2 interviews, I found were average.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me to describe a difficult time and how I overcame the situation.

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Bonita Springs, FL
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hyatt (Bonita Springs, FL) in Mar 2011

      Interview

Hyatt Sales Director liked my resume and "all that I bring to the table..." Howevr, the Sales Executive had been filled internally by a Hyatt transfer. Sales Director said,"he would hire me...at the next available opening..." *Hyatt is a "tough nut to crack". However, when you are in...you are in/ I believe the "Best Way" to get a job at Hyatt is to apply on line and do a follow up phone call in 5 business days with the *Key Supervisor*, who can hire you.
