In person interview with GM and AGM. Questions related to past work experience that I have on other hotels and how I deal with difficult customers and some hard cases.
The interview was fairly easy. I wasn't asked about random Hyatt information, and the interview was based more around how well I would fit on a team as well as improve customer satisfaction.

Interview
It was chill. You just meet with management and talk for a bit. Nothing to overthink. Just be honest. You'll want to talk about your experience and how it can be used for the job with customers.
