The interview process was very thorough and the recruiter from Huron provided a refreshing amount of transparency at every stage of the interview. The entire process took about two weeks and included three separate interviews with directors ranging from personality interviews to a case study.

They asked several questions about my personality in the workplace to ensure I was a good fit culturally. Additionally, they asked design and project planning questions during the Workday implementation case study.
