I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2014
Interview
Pretty simple and straight forward first round phone interview centered on get to know you and behavioral questions. Huron likes to present you with what they refer to as a "core competency", define the competency, and then ask you to detail a time in which you displayed the competency. Therefore, doing research on the firm's mission and values is a must before interviewing.
Second round interview takes place in a Huron office and consists of two parts (each ~45 minutes): 1) more lengthy and detailed behavioral questions and 2) a case study.

There are 3-4 interviews. There is a screening, a couple behavioral interviews, and a case. The case is relatively easy as the math is simple, it is just thinking about the situation.

Interview
Very nice and straight up throughout the entire process, great people and culture. I never felt I was left in the dark at all and they were in constant communication.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2022
Interview
They are super kind people; pretty much a general analyst interview with 45 min zoom calls and questions. The case interview was not too bad but did have a hard math problem at the end. However, the interviewer did a good job of helping you get through it. Just make sure you go over every single step and thought you have so they can help you out!
