Interview
Owner, James, was 45 minutes late to the interview. He didn’t apologize and came off very rude and egotistical. Interview went okay— got an offer a week later, but declined.

Tell me about yourself. Then proceeded to speak about himself and the way he wants things done.
Very pleasant meeting with the studio and owner. He seemed to care about the right candidate being chosen and integrating them properly with the rest of the team. I would hope more companies are like this
