Intensive interviewing process (recruiter- call with a team member - role-play - interview with 4 people).
I would say the recruiter did a fantastic job in making you feel as comfortable as possible. Personally, I enjoyed the conversations. Definitely need to be self-aware and have deep knowledge about the company and potential team.
However, more detailed feedback could've been provided by Hubspot, when you're not hired in the last stage. I understand that it might be difficult to do so, but the interviewee invested a lot of time in the interviews, so deeper feedback would've been appreciated (through eg an email after the call)
