Interview
1:1 informal chat whose purpose was to get to know the person and see if they fit the right culture of the company. This was followed by a powerpoint presentation to the management company regarding what would be the first steps if offered the position. Interview process involves the head of the department and the CEO. Offer was followed pretty quickly.

Interview
It was a shambolic interview process. The interview was conducted by two people initially but half ways through the M.D of the company joined in and spent the whole time talking at me and talking at the other two interviewers who seemed to be in fear of him.
