Interview
They hosted a "meet and join" where a group of applicants were divided and rotated between about 5 people in different locations in-store. This created the opportunity to also ask a lot of questions and gather information normally not available during interviews as a lot of the interviewers were younger, current employees (read: from the front line) so expectations could also be managed from the onset both ways.
