Applied, contacted and spoke to by another recruiter on the day. Has a second call with two other senior people within the business. Told I’d have an update few days later, followed up with recruiter first with no reply. Then those I interviewed with, told there was a slight delay in finishing interviews. Then nothing! Ghosted (viewed my profile but chose not to reply) both the recruiter and the interviewers. No decision, no feedback. Though they have have years of recruitment experience they definitely lack best practice and consideration for the candidate.
