Interview
Intial was a video screen, then an online math test followed by personality indicator tests. Then it was two panel interviews in person on site lasting about 2 hours. This was a month ago and I have been ghosted. I've written to inquire once and was told they'd get back to me and nothing.
Phone interview was fine and to the point. The in person interview was eye opening. They talked about the high turnover at this location and it didn’t lead me to believe it fostered the environment I am looking for.
