8 Interviews, a behavioral assessment, a cognitive assessment, and a business case. It took approximately 6 weeks to complete everything before getting an offer. ~3 of the interviews felt like they were ‘check the box’ discussions.

What would you do different if hired? Tell me how you assess talent. Why do you want to work for Honeywell? What proof points would you use to convince us that you’re right for the job? How did your previous managers describe you?
Multiple interviews with HR before you’ll talk to a person in the business. I had 5 interviews with recruiters and HR before talking to a person in the business. Process took 3 months.

Interview
Im still in-process, but it started when a recruiter contacted me. After a screening call with her and a video conversation with the hiring manager, the company asked me to complete an on-line assessment. It included (1) a general ability test, which was quite difficult, (2) a personality assessment, and (3) a case study with essay and multiple choice components. I am still in-process, but I expect to have three more interviews with potential colleagues and stakeholders.
