I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Columbus, OH) in Jul 2010
Interview
2-level rectruter type interview. Each one takes about 40 min, first interview is targeted toward businees and technical side of the job, second - personality.

Interview
Intense, with multiple rounds with different stake holders such as the plant manger, operations lead, and product management. Multiple different questions based on behavior based questions and less about my past experiences.

4 interviews, typical process talking about previous experiences and skills. Pre-screening, manager and technical interviews. Everyone was friendly and helpful, overall process was smooth and let me understand products and culture better.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Honeywell in Jan 2025
Interview
Very unprofessional process, focused on other than professional achievements and qualities, formal asking of irrelevant questions aiming to disparage and negate the potential, was not aiming to involve but to find reasons not to cooperate, HR treated as if already guilty in something , the hiring manager was very arrogant and bossy.
