2 rounds of PIs, mostly dwelling on behaviour and resume, and getting a basic understanding of the individual with minimal technical questions
both rounds are similar to each other, the final round is with the entire panel.

On campus. Nothing complex but they wanted a specific type of person who can match their core values. The questions weren't open ended. It was not a good fit personally.
