Pretty simple straight to the point. They kinda undersell how much overtime you will end up working, at least the the dod aerospace side thats for sure. Most seem to be all on the phone now a days.
Standard interview questions. People are professional. Background checks and paperwork takes a long time. Started with a standard phone interview with a couple people. Friendly easy to talk to people.

Got called by phone and was instructed on the day and hour I should present at the site.
very strict operation running and desirable job offerings.
Phone called was already placed when I got in and panel was presented one by one.
Was asked to describe my self and general day to day questions regarding my current job and resume where made in a very comfortable manner.
