Interview
Interview process started with a phone interview by an HR representative. Once I moved onto the next phase, I was invited to come in person for a group interview. The group interview included the hiring manager, a peer of the manager, and 2 people who would be peers of the person selected for the job.

No trick or hypothetical questions. Interview was comfortable and focused on my qualifications, previous experience, and my comfort level with potential tasks.

A series of three interviews, ending with the hiring manager. Plus a logic/intelligence assessment that is moderately difficult. Communication handled through a third party recruiter. Questions were sometimes tricky and seemed like they were looking for specific responses.
