Interview
I had 3 levels of technical interview and one with the hiring manager. The technical interviews were more on basic and advanced simulation, distillation and heat exchangers. The interview with hiring manager was more on the work I had done till then. He wanted to understand what my roles were and how I went about with my work.

What are the different types of reflux in a distillation column?
First round was with the technical specialists, second round was with the manager who discussed in detail about the roles and responsibilities and the third round was with the HR which was about the salary negotiation.
There was a Zoom call to start. Afterwards, I had a presentation that outlined my work history and further conversations with HR. They invited me to visit and see the site.
